FCIA holds two Elevate Chocolate events each year, one in San Francisco in January and another in New York in June. These events bring together fine chocolate professionals from around the world to network, participate in educational workshops and presentations and learn from exhibitors in our Gallery Showcase about the latest products and services they rely on to be successful. Attendees include farmers, bean suppliers, chocolate makers, chocolatiers, educators, authors, equipment manufacturers, ingredients suppliers and all others who support the fine chocolate industry.
